1. Scope
AppUo primarily provides digital services and digital deliverables. This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver software, documents, templates, access links, reports, consultations, subscriptions, and project handover materials.
Physical shipping is generally not applicable to our services unless a specific order or written agreement states otherwise.
2. Digital Delivery Methods
- Email delivery to the contact email provided by the client.
- Repository access through GitHub or another agreed code hosting platform.
- Cloud, hosting, staging, or production URLs.
- Shared folders, project management tools, workspace invitations, or secure download links.
- Live consultation links, meeting invites, reports, invoices, or documents shared digitally.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary based on the service, project scope, payment confirmation, client inputs, third-party dependencies, and approval cycles.
- Consultation links are usually shared after booking confirmation or before the scheduled call.
- Templates or downloadable digital products are usually delivered immediately or within 24 hours after successful payment verification.
- Custom project timelines are stated in the proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written project communication.
- Maintenance, support, and retainer deliverables follow the agreed support or billing cycle.
4. No Physical Shipping Charges
Since most AppUo products and services are delivered digitally, shipping fees usually do not apply. Any physical delivery, courier charges, hardware costs, or special logistics fees will be quoted separately before purchase.
5. Delivery Dependencies
Delivery may be delayed if required information, approvals, access credentials, content, third-party permissions, domain records, payment confirmation, or legal/business documents are pending from the client or a third party.
6. Failed or Incorrect Delivery Details
You are responsible for providing accurate email addresses, phone numbers, billing details, and access information. If delivery fails due to incorrect details, contact us and we will reasonably assist with re-delivery after verification.
7. Access and Handover
For custom software or website projects, final handover may include repository access, deployment access, documentation, credentials transfer instructions, source files, and relevant project notes after applicable payments and approvals are complete.
8. Delivery Support
For delivery questions, missing links, failed downloads, or access issues, email contact@appuo.in with your payment reference, invoice number, project name, and registered email address.
