Return Policy
Return and acceptance policy for AppUo digital services, software deliverables, templates, documents, subscriptions, and custom project work.

1. Scope
AppUo primarily provides digital services, software development, AI automation, consulting, templates, documents, and cloud-based deliverables. We generally do not sell physical goods through this website.
Because our offerings are digital or service-based, physical returns are not applicable unless a specific written order includes physical items.
2. Digital Deliverables
Digital deliverables may include source code, designs, documents, templates, landing pages, websites, reports, automation workflows, AI outputs, repositories, deployment links, dashboards, API specifications, or configuration files.
- Digital deliverables cannot be physically returned after delivery or access is granted.
- If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, we will review the issue and may correct, revise, or re-deliver it according to the applicable agreement.
- Change requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and timelines.
3. Review and Acceptance
Clients are expected to review deliverables within the review period stated in the proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written project communication.
- If no review period is specified, please report issues within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- If no issues are reported within the review period, the deliverable may be treated as accepted.
- Accepted deliverables are not eligible for return, but support or revisions may be available under the applicable project terms.
4. Templates, Documents, and Downloadable Assets
Templates, documents, downloadable files, generated documents, and immediately accessible digital content cannot be returned once accessed, downloaded, generated, or delivered.
5. Third-Party Products
If your project includes third-party products, software, plugins, hosting, domains, subscriptions, or licenses, returns or cancellations are governed by the third party provider policy. AppUo cannot guarantee return eligibility for third-party purchases.
6. Physical Items
If AppUo separately sells or ships a physical item in the future, the return eligibility, shipping responsibility, inspection process, and timelines will be stated on the relevant product page or order confirmation.
7. Contact for Return or Delivery Issues
For return, acceptance, or delivery concerns, email contact@appuo.in with the order, invoice, project name, delivery date, and a clear description of the issue.
