Using AppUo Jobs

By using AppUo Jobs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

What AppUo Jobs provides

• Job discovery, search, indexing, and recommendation workflows.
• AI-assisted help for resumes, cover letters, interview preparation, and career planning.
• Application tracking, saved jobs, automation settings, and browser extension features.
• Public profile creation and profile sync features such as GitHub enrichment.

Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of the content you submit to AppUo Jobs, including resume text, profile data, chat inputs, and portfolio content.

You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, display, and transmit that content so the service can work.

AI output and third-party job data

• AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before you rely on it.
• Job listings, company details, salaries, deadlines, and external application pages may change or disappear without notice.
• AppUo Jobs does not guarantee interviews, offers, placement, job availability, or employer responses.

Auto-apply and extension use

If you enable auto-apply or use the browser extension, you are authorizing AppUo Jobs to assist with workflows based on the settings and data you provide.

You are responsible for reviewing your profile accuracy, uploaded materials, and any downstream applications that use your information.

Plans, credits, and billing

Paid plans, credits, and subscription features may change over time. Pricing shown at checkout or in the billing portal controls for your purchase.

Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation affects future billing but does not automatically recreate previously used credits or usage.

Acceptable use

• Do not use AppUo Jobs to violate laws, misrepresent identity, spam employers, scrape private data, or abuse third-party services.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass the security of the service.
• Do not upload malicious files, infringing content, or materials you do not have permission to use.

Intellectual property

AppUo Jobs, its branding, site design, software, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights needed to use the service, these terms do not grant you ownership of AppUo Jobs intellectual property.

Disclaimers and limits

AppUo Jobs is provided on an as available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of AppUo Jobs after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
